450g strawberry yoghurt
25g porridge oats
2tsp honey (optional)
Whizz the berries, yoghurt and milk together with a stick blender until smooth. Stir through the porridge oats, pour into four glasses and serve with a drizzle of honey.

2 cups almond milk (or any other dairy free milk)
1 mango chopped
1/4 cup almonds
6 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1/4 to 1/2 cup of dates
1 teaspoon of almond essence/extract
